As demand for vessel retrofit, decarbonisation, and offshore engineering projects continues to grow, we are strengthening our commercial and proposal engineering capabilities through the addition of two experienced professionals.
Joining the team are Anca-Ioana Sandu as Commercial Executive and Dimitar Atanasov as Senior Proposals Engineer.
Anca brings experience across administration, project coordination, project management, and the maritime sector. Her multidisciplinary background supports the efficient management of commercial enquiries while helping coordinate proposal development and client communication during the early stages of a project.
Dimitar brings extensive technical and operational experience gained in shipyards and vessel operations. His background includes vessel maintenance, dry dockings, repairs, and Superintendent-level ship management, providing valuable insight into developing practical and technically robust proposals for complex retrofit and offshore engineering projects.
The expansion of our Commercial team reflects GLO Marine's continued investment in improving proposal quality, response times, and technical support from the earliest stages of project development. Successful vessel upgrades begin with a clear understanding of operational requirements, followed by engineering solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and tailored to each client's objectives.
