GLO Marine attended Posidonia 2026 in Athens, meeting with shipowners, operators, technology providers, shipyards, and other partners from across the maritime industry.
Over the course of the exhibition, our team discussed ongoing and upcoming requirements for vessel retrofits, energy efficiency, green technologies, lifecycle extension, and complex upgrade projects. Many of the conversations reflected the practical challenges shipowners and operators face as they work to improve vessel performance while meeting changing regulatory and operational requirements.
Energy efficiency, environmental compliance, wind-assisted propulsion, digitalisation, and retrofit project delivery were among the main topics discussed. The event also provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives with technology providers and shipyards on the engineering and integration requirements involved in bringing new systems and equipment on board existing vessels.
For GLO Marine, Posidonia provided a valuable opportunity to meet existing partners, establish new industry connections, and discuss potential collaboration on future maritime projects.
Thank you to everyone who visited our stand and met with the team during Posidonia 2026. We look forward to continuing the discussions started in Athens.
