GLO Marine is strengthening its operational leadership as the company takes on larger projects covering engineering through to final delivery. Sorin Bogdanel Duzinschi joins the team as Operations Manager, supporting the execution of these increasingly comprehensive scopes.
Bogdan brings extensive international experience in maritime project management, complex vessel modifications and offshore construction. His career includes hybrid vessel builds, major offshore topside completions and vessel overhauls across Europe, the UK and Asia.
Alongside this technical background, he brings experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and overseeing projects from start to finish. These skills are particularly relevant to projects requiring close coordination between engineering, procurement and on-site activities, where decisions at each stage affect the overall delivery.
At GLO Marine, Bogdan will help strengthen the connection between engineering and execution as the company continues to expand its project portfolio. His appointment adds operational leadership to support teams in managing broader scopes and following projects through to completion.
We welcome Bogdan to the team and look forward to working together.
