Successful retrofit and conversion projects depend not only on strong engineering, but also on having the right equipment, materials, and subcontractors available when and where they are needed. Procurement therefore plays an important role in keeping technical requirements, project schedules, and execution aligned.
To further strengthen this function, Șenol Seidali has joined GLO Marine as Procurement Coordinator.
Senol brings more than two decades of maritime experience across shipbuilding, newbuilding, retrofit, and offshore projects. His background spans tender management, technical coordination, supplier engagement, and commercial negotiations, with experience coordinating both the technical and commercial aspects of complex engineering programmes.
This combination of technical knowledge and procurement experience will allow Senol to work closely with our engineering and project teams, supporting supplier coordination and the sourcing of equipment, materials, and subcontracted services throughout project delivery.
His addition to the team reinforces our focus on building the internal capabilities needed to manage increasingly complex projects efficiently and with greater coordination across disciplines.
