Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who can manage complex projects and coordinate activities within their discipline, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. You will play a crucial role in optimizing technical workflows and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical requirements and assess risks and opportunities for products and processes.
  • Develop basic and detailed engineering packages, including drawings, calculations, and technical purchasing specifications.
  • Verify and review technical documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal regulations.
  • Revise and adjust documentation based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
  • Provide technical support to project teams and clients during solution implementation.
  • Coordinate sub-projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve established objectives.
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose innovative solutions for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Document activities and prepare periodic reports on project progress.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and actively participate in training sessions for risk prevention and workplace safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in sub-project coordination.
  • Advanced expertise in one technical discipline and a solid understanding of related disciplines.
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in using technical design software (e.g., AutoCAD – advanced, Eplan – advanced, MS Project).
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and technical documentation management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
