OIL SPILL RECOVERY VESSELComplete Vessel Project
GLO Marine has completed the concept design phase for an aluminium HSLC (high speed light craft) designed following the Rules for high speed crafts given by both DNVGL and Bureau Veritas Class Society.
The main purpose of the vessel is fast intervention and recovery of oil spills in harbour areas and sheltered waters. The vessel can recover up to 25 m3 of oil in one trip and is installed with the latest heavy-duty oil recovery systems. 2 waterjets propulsion systems are driven by 2 main diesel generators developing a total of 1700 kW.
The Main deck is designed for a distributed load of 2 tons/m2 and can accommodate a 10ft container. Accommodation for 2 crew members is provided.
MULTI PURPOSE PUSHERComplete Vessel Project
Multipurpose vessel fully designed by GLO Marine from concept to detail design. The vessel can push up to 4 barges and the on board crane can lift up to 5.3t at a boom extension of 14.1m. Due to the innovative hull shape and design features, the vessel is very fuel efficient. The class drawings were developed in accordance with Bureau Veritas rules and also navigation in ice.
