Job summary

You will be working in the Site & Site Support department undertaking coordination and execution of installation and commissioning activities for retrofit / conversion projects. You will be required to excel in piping, mechanical, and electrical system principles, with the ability to manage manpower and projects in very short time notice and with strong communication skills to coordinate with other third parties.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internally, and externally with stake holders such as client, agents, others, Site & Site Support Team 
• Plan and allocate manpower resources on projects based on workload and manpower availability 
• Strictly follow installation / commissioning procedures from designer / maker 
• Manage entirely an installation supervision or commissioning project 
• Take decisions on spot based on specific communication with project stake holders (designer, maker, owner, class) 
• Produce or develop relevant reports as suited for project stake holders (designer, maker, owner, class) during and after installation / commissioning activity 
• To work on a short notice, with variable time frequency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering will be a plus 
• Proof of team coordination experience for at least 2+ years 
• Fully conversant with document management systems (ISO 9001 or similar) 
• Minimum 5-year experience in installation or commissioning of several naval systems  
• Fully conversant with P&ID schemes and diagrams, and technical drawings & specifications 
• Excellent use of English language, especially industry specific terms
